Hepatitis C is the bad one because if it is chronic, it can lead to liver cancer. It is typically spread from tattoo needles, contact through blood, or needles that were not sanitized well.
The “C” designation is the type of virus that has attacked the liver and caused the liver to become inflamed. There are five different viruses that attack the liver. A,B,C,D, and E. Hepatitis D is the most dangerous.
The real problem is that the disease works to prevent the liver from cleansing the blood of harmful substances. Many times the disease is misdiagnosed as the flu. The reasons is the joints become achy like flu symptoms.
A very basic thing is to AVOID ALL soft drinks, processed foods, especially ones with hydrogenated oils; adopt a natural whole foods diet. eat more organic fruit (high content of water) to cleanse the bowels and download the liver.
There are some very specific nutritional protocols you can follow that will definitely help your body to become healthy again. Drugs and the like will not make you healthy, they will only relieve some symptoms, but you will be dependent upon the drugs and your body will not heal.
Let me know if you want to pursue the nutritional protocol for this problem. It does work.
good luck to you
